I have known Dr. Morris for 15 years in his multiple roles of ministry: National Training Director for Prison Fellowship, seminar leader, pastor/preacher, author and therapist.

I consider Paul Morris uniquely qualified for in-depth group ministry and individual spiritual development through personal discipling. Although he is devoutly committed, Dr. Morris does not represent a provincial "hothouse" Christianity. His Biblical orientation to discipleship is not defensive or threatened by the realities of complex secular problems; he has dealt effectively with some of the most perplexing emotional and spiritual problems and been key to a recovery of wholeness. Dr. Morris has successfully taken the challenge of spiritual formation into the criminal justice system, the local church, and individual as well as marital counseling. I have watched him work effectively with all kinds of people from college students to national leaders. I consider him an extremely valuable source of insight and expertise.

I have seen Dr. Morris create and administer programs effectively. His outstanding talent is creative visioning and then being able to articulate the vision.

In Christ's Service,

Bradley J. Smith, Ph.D.
